Peer Review

The seminar organizer and the proceeding editor manage the review process. The proceedings editor reviews accepted papers and sends them to the section editor, who distributes them to reviewers whose discipline is under the discipline of the paper topic.

Editors and Organizers should only accept papers if there is clear support from reviewers.

Papers must meet all scientific work standards and be written referring to the template that has been provided. Reviewers will consider the background of the research problem. It should not go further to approve papers with low scientific standards. Papers that have been published in written form elsewhere should not be considered.

Reviewers must fill out a form explaining how the paper is reviewed and uploaded into the system. The reviewer should provide a clear recommendation statement for each section of the paper, including the title and abstract, Comments must be included to support the recommendation. Comments and recommendations will be submitted to the author. Reviewers should consider the following essential points related to the scientific content, quality, and presentation of the paper:

  1. Scientific rigor and truth.
  2. Communication of ideas, readability, and concept discussion.
  3. Sufficient discussion of the context of the work and appropriate references.
  4. The paper is relevant and new and does not overlap with the research that has been published.
  5. The problem under consideration is motivated by demonstrating scientific interest in the results.
  6. The title is adequate and follows the content of the article.
  7. The abstract contains essential information from the article and is complete.
  8. Diagrams, figures, and tables are important, clear, and placed between texts.
  9. The writing of mathematical equations is clear.
  10. an obvious conclusion summarizing what has been obtained and discussed is exciting and valuable.
