Proceedings Manager manages various aspects of procedural publication management. The manager's duties include managing manuscripts, coordinating with reviewers and editors, and managing time and deadlines.
Editor-in-chief maintains the quality and credibility of publications. The editor-in-chief's main duties are Managing the editorial process, leading the editorial team, maintaining scientific quality and integrity, coordinating with publishers and indexation, and maintaining relationships with the scientific community.
Publish Editor: Responsible for publishing scientific articles, from finalizing the manuscript to distributing it in digital or print format. It is essential to ensure that publications are high quality, according to academic standards, and easily accessible to the scientific community. Primary duties of the Publish Editor: Finalization and production of publications, management of metadata and indexation, management of websites and accessibility, distribution, and promotion of publications, maintaining compliance with publishing standards and ethics.
Section Editor: Responsible for managing manuscripts in a specific field or proceedings, focusing on article management in specific scopes, such as renewable energy, manufacturing, or electric drive systems, depending on the proceeding topic. Section editorial duties include Managing manuscripts in specific fields/expertise, assigning reviewers and monitoring peer reviewers, providing recommendations to the editor-in-chief, ensuring manuscript quality and consistency, coordinating with the editorial team, promoting publications, and improving the proceeding's reputation.
